Oliver hydroponic planters are modular—you can place them side by side or stack them, and connect multiple units to run from a single power source.
The number of connected units determines which adapter you need.
45W adapter
The smaller 45W adapter is included in the basic set and is not sold separately as a spare part.
What it can handle:
- powers 1 to 3 Olivers
- ideal for smaller setups
- modules can be linked together and run from a single adapter
Once you reach 4 or more Olivers, the 45W adapter is no longer sufficient.
100W adapter
The more powerful 100W adapter is designed for larger setups.
What it can handle:
- powers 4 to 6 Olivers
- works perfectly even with a single unit
- this is why it is also available separately as a spare part
Simply put: the large adapter handles smaller setups effortlessly, while the smaller one has a limit of three units.
What do you get with larger sets?
For sets of 4 or more Olivers, you automatically receive:
- 1× 45W adapter
- 1× 100W adapter
This allows you to split your setup into two independent systems—for example, one powered by the smaller adapter and the other by the larger one.
