How does the 100-day trial work?

You can try Oliver at home for 100 days from delivery. Grow plants in it as you normally would. If it isn't the right fit for you, you can return it. There's no need to give a reason.

The trial is available in every country we deliver to and also covers earlier purchases. It includes Oliver Solo, all sets, and Oliver Expand purchased on its own. You can also return just some of the Oliver units in your order.

Normal signs of use are fine. Oliver must be fully functional, undamaged, and complete. You don't need the original box, and you don't have to return the capsules supplied with Oliver.

You arrange and pay for return shipping. If your return meets the trial terms, we'll refund the amount you paid for the returned Oliver units within 14 days of receiving them. The original delivery charge is not refunded.

Let us know you'd like to return Oliver within 100 days of delivery through our contact form or by emailing info@groowia.com. Your return must then reach us within 14 days of your request.
